We like to make personal contact with our clients, and so we prefer it if you contact us by telephone when making a reservation for your pets stay with us.
The number is 01793 771285 – you will always hear a friendly voice on the end of the phone if you ring during office hours 9 am to 5pm Monday to Saturday, and 9 am to 2 pm on Sunday. We very seldom have to resort to the answer-phone during business hours. Messages left on the answerphone outside office hours will be attended to as soon as possible the following day.
This enables us to chat about your pets personal requirements and to make sure that the dates you require are available; also we can confirm for you times of arrival and departure, documents and vaccinations needed we note all your details on to our booking form at that time – and you receive verbal confirmation straight away that a kennel or cattery has been reserved for you for the exact dates you request. This gives you peace of mind immediately to go ahead and make your own holiday arrangements. ONE PHONE CALL DOES IT ALL!
We do not ask you to pay a deposit at the time of booking.
You are of course more than welcome to “pop-in” and make your reservation in person if you happen to be passing.
